Weigh out exactly how much beans which is going in to your brew.
2. Release and Grind
With our innovative built-in gate, release the beans into the burr when maximum torque is achieved.
3. Flush
Give the bellows a couple pumps after all the beans have been ground while the burr is still spinning to get all the last good bits out, ready for fresh beans in the next round.
